Guild of Messengers News Posted August 5, 2012 Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 The Guild of Archivists made an important announcement a few days ago regarding their website, DPWR.net. A massive overhaul is indeed planned by Alahmnat, consisting of various changes. First of all, the current DPWR.net will be archived and locked to remain as-is for the foreseeable future. This means that all new content will be on a new domain (quite possible guildofarchivists.org) built from the ground up (all previous users will retain their accounts and PMs, but the gallery and the forums will be wiped clean). The forums will also see several existing categories be removed, and registration will be re-enabled once more. With this technical refresh comes also a planned content update to bring people "a clean, modern, and informative place to learn about the D'niverse", with a complete rebuilding of all the previous content on the new website (inducing a temporary lack of information on the new website while everything is being transfered and surveyed). All MRD fanfics will also be transferred, unlike non-MRD fanfics. The planned launch date for the new website is September 30th.
