The Bahro Linking Stone is a small stone tablet with a cloth on one side (probably the same material as the Journey Cloths), bearing a linking panel. Not much is known about them, but they work exactly like Linking Books, and can even link inside an Age (for example, linking stones from Kirel to Ae'gura and Rezeero in To D'ni). However, these stones usually link into places, such as locked balconies, that have limited space. It is widely believed that Yeesha or the Bahro have provided them to enable explorers to access areas that illustrate a point Yeesha wishes to make, or areas which the DRC do not wish explorers to access yet.

It is also interesting to note that, unlike Linking Books, Bahro Stone links are capable of following a moving target in an Age, such as a specific room in Gahreesen's rotating fortress. DRC Research and explorations within the Maintainers' Nexus suggest that the D'ni required the use of complex timing mechanisms to link into a specific point in the Gahreesen buildings, as the link remained stationary while the building rotated through it.

The DRC have tried to remove these stones, but they were mysteriously replaced, probably by Yeesha or the Bahro. Douglas Sharper recorded several instances of trying to relocate a Stone he found in Teledahn, only to find it returned a short time later.
