Devokan is the name given to the Age of Terahnee by the Relyimah. They took control of the Age after a plague inadvertently brought by Atrus into the Age all but wiped out the Terahnee civilization. The Age was sealed off from outside influence again after the Relyimah had been helped to get their footing after the plague receded.
